run a pottery painting session as part of a training / motivation session – you'll be amazed at how creative people can be and it's a great way of mixing up different teams of people too
launching a new product or a new sales force perhaps? Use the painting session to bond people together around a common theme
want to thank the staff for all their hard work? Get all your staff to paint their own coffee mugs – they'll be talking about it for ages (and you can even get them to write on the bottom how they take their tea or coffee!)

your department together for a team meeting and get them to paint their interpretation of the theme or key message from the meeting; you might be surprised how much more easily they take the message on board
